Mistral Restaurant, Revo Cafe, Skyline Bar Only. • Tailor-made set Menus or Buffet dining. Alcoholic Beverages are based on house-pouring brands. • Open dining at the OAKS Ibn Battuta Gate includes local water, soft beverages, bottled beer, house alcohol by the glass at all listed outlets. (excluding Room Service, Minibar & third party operated Restaurants & Bars which are not listed above). • 10.00 am until 11:00 pm for food and soft drinks & 12:00 pm until 11:00 pm for alcoholic beverages. • House Spirits: Gin, White Rum, Vodka, Whisky. • Selection of Wines (White, Red and Rose). • Selection of Beers (bottle or can, based on outlet)

The All-inclusive package is limited to the hotel premises. Leased Bars or Restaurants - operated by third party within the hotel premises are not part of the all-inclusive package. Check in Check out
Check-in time is from 15:00 hours. Rooms requiring check-in prior to 15:00 hours will require a pre-booking to guarantee early check-in. Pre-booking of rooms will be charged at 100% of the daily contracted room/apartment rate and should be requested at time of reservation. Check-out time is 12:00 hours.
Late departures up to 18:00 hours are subject to availability, at 50% of the daily contracted room rate. For any check outs after 18:00 hours, the regular published rate will be applicable subject to availability.
Early departures: Once check-in formalities have been completed, guests will be charged accommodation for the full duration of the reserved stay

Tourism Dirham
Further to Dubai’s Executive Council Resolution No. (2) of 2014, the ‘Tourism Dirham” is a minimal charge of AED 20 to be applied to hotel guests, staying in any type of hotel establishment, including hotels, hotel apartments, guest houses and holiday homes. This fee is levied per occupied bedroom, per night effective for all stays from 31 March 2014 onwards. The fee will be collected from guests at check out.
